my values

Here Are Some of Values

  1. Trust

You’ll need to place your trust in us. We won’t lie to you. If we don’t have the right person to help you, we’ll tell you. If we think we can help, we’ll talk it through with you and, if you want us to, then we’ll arrange it.

  2. Fairness

Private mental health care is expensive. We will advise you on the most cost effective route for your situation, and if that is the NHS then we’ll tell you. We’ll always try and keep the cost to you as low as we can.

  3. Freedom from shame

Many people feel ashamed of experiencing psychological difficulties and illnesses. We have seen and heard from people from all walks of life, from celebrities and business leaders to the homeless, and we know that there is no shame in finding life difficult – it happens to all of us from time to time.
