How to change negative emotions, we have to become aware of them. On a subconscious level we often tend to suppress our negative emotions. Since we are scared of feeling uncomfortable, vulnerable or weak. Especially when we have really high self-expectations or want to be strong.
How positive and negative thoughts effect us and our brain
How positive and negative thoughts effect us and our brain. Every thought releases some type of chemical in our brain. Positive thoughts do way more for us, than only make us feel good. It changes the way our brain works and makes us smarter, faster and mentally more alert.

- Encourage, promote, and provide programs of continuing education related to psychological health services.
